Look for ROC-certified products. They're still relatively rare, but growing. Brands like Patagonia Provisions and a handful of grain producers are already using the label.
Join a CSA from a diversified farm. Single-crop CSAs are fine, but a farm growing 20 different vegetables, herbs, and fruits across rotating plots is almost certainly practicing some form of regenerative thinking.
Support policy that rewards soil health. The Farm Bill, reauthorized every five years, includes conservation programs that can incentivize or discourage regenerative practices.
